a simple forth n return.

was late for the 10.30am interview today. -____- There's comm gap with fren who's currently workin there. I misinterpreted her direction. Haha. That was quite funny though. Night before, she told me that there will be a pertrol station along the road side. Then once i saw the petrol station, i called her.

Me : Hey~~~ i see a petrol station liao!!!
Yan: Ah.... Good then. U wait me there!!! Dont move!~ I come find u.
Me : SHIT! (was tryin to make a U-turn while holding da phone)

Then.... she called back.

Yan: Hey, why cant i see u?
Me : I'm in Projet mahh...no??
Yan: Me at Esso~~~~~
Me : harrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....>.<

Haha. Giving her trouble manz. So sorry. I made rounds in da industrial park. Then i phoned her again.

Me: Hey hey..... i saw Jalan 8/8 liao.... I think i can find da 11/8. I try 1st.
Yan: Great..okok~~ I wait u there.

Then, i parked my car aside and called her.

Me : SHIT manzz.... i turned into Jalan 8/11!!!!!!!! ahahahhaha
Yan: hahahaahahhaha

Finally i reached her. Have to 攀山涉水 then only can meet her. Feel like dying while walkin along da road, da glaring sun really 晒人吾洗本. Hehe. But for all these calls, i can enjoy more Hotlink rewards points. Muahahhaa.

Hmmm, started the interview like..11am. But still LATE ler. Before that Yan told me that if i counldnt make it in time, da HR gal will change it to The Curve, since she will be going there. Haha. How good if this arrangement was made earlier.

Speaking bout the toll. I always thought there is a U-turn junction b4 the Sunway toll along LDP. Wah, dim jee there isnt any U-turn point anymore!!!! wat to do, mah paid rm1.60 again lor.
OK, then make a U-turn at somewhere near Kinrara? (not sure where were i). Then back to the Sunway toll again. Paid another rm1.60. I was swearing all the way. Hmmm, maybe it was my fault for not asking others who're familiar with Sunway or USJ. SIEN MANZ...

Ok, after the interview. I walked back to my car. Quite a distance ler. Hot, sweating... watelse?
Hmmm, then. I drove till da junction n turned left into LDP. Then i swore again. I forget tat the lane cant connect me to Kelana Jaya directly. Should hav turned RIGHT instead of left. DUH. Now think back, even if i turned right, i think i still need to pay da Sunway toll twice again. Back to da point. So, i went into Federal Expressway. I pandai pandai chose Bangsar as my return route. The traffic was a bit congested. What a brilliant choice. Summore need to pay rm1.60 twice again. Wat kind of Expressway are those?!!??! Went into Mont Kiara, then Segambut Dalam, then back to Kepong. SIEN laaaaaaaaa. Actually can go thru TTDI der, but dun feel like PAYING rm1.60 to da pontianak. So avoided tat.

Geeeeeezzzzzzz, one day, i paid 5 times to da TOLL. Each rm1.60. Even if there wasnt a mistake, i have no idea how to go back home oso. hahahaha. Rm8 i can eat a luxurious mixed rice + fruit juice? And why dont the gov come out with a RM1.60 token/coin. So that scenario like this wont occur.

Toll ppl : Eh amoi, satu enam laaa....bukan satu ringgit lagi~
Me : kak, syiling dah jatuh tadi. Boleh tolong kutip?

OR

Toll ppl: Eh amoi, satu enam laa.... Kenapa bagi enam puluh sen saja?
Me : Kak, wang kertas dah terbang ler. Boleh tolong kutip?

Manzz... RM1 coin vanished in da market. We can only use da rm1 note. So mah fan if u need to wait for da change, or prepare exactly da amount to pay at toll. Hmm, or should i change to Touch n' Go? I dunno.

Recently there's this news. Quite amusing.

KL flirst with congestion fees

To stop traffic jams, the newly appointed mayor of KL, Datuk Ab Hakim Borhan suggested on his first day at work, that vehicles entering the city centre during peak hours will have to pay a levy. Car pool lanes system will be introduced along busy roads, at whose entrances City Hall officers will charge lone drivers.

About Car-pool lane systems

Who: Drivers need two passengers to avoid levy

When: Peak hours on weekdays 7am-9am and 5pm-7pm

Where: Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Tuanku Abd Rahman, Jalan Sultan Ismail

Why: To get people to use public transport

Statistics by RapidKL shows:

Approx 1.5 million people drive to the city centre each day and only about 500,000 use public transport!

How other cities tacke traffic jams?

London - Since 2003, 5 pound sterling charge (RM34) for any vehicle entering/leaving or moving around in congestion charge zone between 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. Public transports are exempted. Results indicated traffic has improved by 15% over the first month of operation

Bangkok - Since 1999, Skytrain carrying 200,000 passenger trips per day. Results indicated that in 2005, more than 500,000 passengers trips per day.

California - Federal Highway Administration of US gives federal grants to cities to reduce congestion. Results seem not so prevalent.

Singapore - 4 pronged approach is adopted. - 1. Curb car ownership thru tariffs. 2. Public transportation is improved. 3. Road management to accomodate traffic is improved. 4. Implement area licensing scheme in 1975 (replaced by Electronic Road Pricing scheme in 1998, which installed gantries at entrances to the central business district. When a car with an in-vehicle unit passes under a gantry, a toll charge is deducted from a Cashcard in the unit.

I've tried da RapidKL from my housing area to Central Market. RAPID kononnya. I waited for an hour for the GREEN line bus to come. Then i reached da terminal, i sought help from an aunty so that i could get to KL by taking RapidKL. She told me a lot, and detailed. I feel sorry for her, cuz it's so confusing @__@. After she finished, i asked her "kak, can i take Selangor Bus to KL directly?", she said "ofcuz u can..." ahhahahahahahhaa. Damn. I rather pay rm1.60 to selangor bus company, which will take me directly to my destination . Not to those green blue red line buses. Let alone those Ke-mah fanan, da punctuality of those APA APA COLOR line buses do matter. If those public transports like KTM Commuter, Buses can carry out their services on time, everyone for sure would choose public transport instead of driving to office.

sienz.
